Not able to see my post/question

Dear all,
I am not able to see my question posted in one of sub tread. Can anyone tell me how to see the question posted.

Sometimes when our spam-filters for some reasons finds a message suspicious they mark them for manual moderation. Your message will then not be visible until a moderator has reviewed and approved your message manually.

IS it the same for replies ? I replied to someone below one of my post but I can't see my reply. It's been few hours.
