Change Boundary in transient simulation
 

Dear all,

I`m wondering if it is possible within Star-CCM+ to change the boundary condition of a face from wall to pressure outlet, dependent of the time, within a transient simulation?

I could do it manually by stopping the simulation, change the boundary and let it run further.

But is ther an automatic way doing this?

You could use a macro to do this.

You can record a macro of yourself changing the boundary type and starting the simulation. Rearrange and add in a for-loop and you're set!
