nonClosedCells error by conversion from Star CCM+ to OpenFOAM

I've created a 2d mesh on an airfoil in Star CCM+(Trimmer Mesh) and then converted it by ccm26ToFoam to OpenFOAM.
It worked and the residuals were not so bad.
For having the orthogonal mesh around airfoil, i added some prism layers in ccm+ around airfoil but when i converted it to OpenFOAM i couldn't run the simulation even for 1 iteration.With checkMesh,i've got some errors for example many nonClosed cells on the surface of the airfoil.
Checking mesh in StarCCM did not give me these errors.
Does anybody know what the problem is?

There is another post of you, also regarding airfoils in STAR-CCM+. Is this related to the other issue?
