Serpentine Channel - Symmetry

Hello everyone,

I have a water cooled heat exchanger, where the water flows in a serpentine channel at the bottom of the unit. The gas domain at the top has a rectangular shape and is symmetric; hence, I can cut it through the middle and use a symmetry boundary.

The question is is there any way to use such a technique on the water channel, which is like a serpentine, and cut the computational domain to half completely?

Thanks.
