Hi all
I am trying to create an overset mesh for a problem of wedge falling into water. I'm trying to model the motion of a solid object through a two-phase, the wedge and overset tank in solid region and representing the TANK in fluid region. i get the error in attached picture. Can anyone please help me out with the error? thanks Last edited by rasoole; November 27, 2016 at 02:00. |

This indicates that you have a setup problem with overset. Have you gone through the tutorials?

Hi I did not see any tutorials for this problem. So i use tutorials of star Lifeboat with Overset Mesh and Vibrating Pipe. I want defined material properties for wedge for exm. AL when the wedge impact the water and calculate stress. I have to defined two physics region 1) solid for wedge 2) fluid for tank so can not subtract together. How do you think I can meshed and solve the problem? You have a idea or setup problem for this problem. tank you so much. |
