I am doing meshing on screw compressors and while performing the mesh, the rotor gears are tearing.
I am applying Surface Wrapper and Remesher models. Please suggest a meshing model which will resolve this problem. thanks |

Post a picture, hard to help without doing so...
Are you sure you need to use the surface wrapper? It really should only be used if you absolutely have to. Spending a few hours fixing "moderately" troublesome geometry can save you lots of time in the long run over using the surface wrapper. |

Sometimes fixes can be made in the CAD program (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) through various means.
Other times I use the Surface Repair tool in STAR-CCM+. You can do this at the part level and fix various issues (intersections, holes, etc) |
