Reynolds number

Hello star ccm + users,
I have a simple question. how can i define the reynolds number in Star ccm + without the Formel? i will define it exactly. Can it be possible? i have the inlet velocity and cylinder diameter.

Thanks

Not really sure what you mean by this. There is no way to define Reynolds number in StarCCM+. You need to use your inlet velocity and cylinder diameter to calculate your Reynolds number for a particular fluid and then use that fluid in CCM+. Alternatively you could use your cylinder diameter, Reynolds number, and default fluid properties in CCM+ to calculate a new inlet velocity. Hope this helps
