Internal Interface

I've created my own mesh for an airfoil and read it into Star using the plot3d format. I can split up all the boundaries and know how to define them, except for the boundary along the wake of the airfoil. It's a C-grid, so reading in the mesh as a plot3d file creates a boundary along the wake beginning at the airfoil trailing edge and extending to the exit of the domain. This shows up as a boundary in my region. How do I tell it that that boundary is totally internal and create it as an interface to close the grid? The only option I see in the 2D region is to make it an overset mesh. But this doesn't seem to be working because I don't have any mesh to overset it with. I just want it to interface there.

I hope that makes sense.

Thanks for any help.

I am not sure about he issue you have but have you tried to change it into internal interface. just by right clicking the surface and convert to interface. it will automatically copy the surface and define the interface.

I hope it helps or you can send me the files if possible i can have a look too.
