Reverse flow on outlet face
 

I am simulating an axil flow pump. I input a stagnation inlet and a target mass flow outlet but I keep getting a reverse flow on the pump outlet and the pressure rise is also far below the expected value as I have from experimental data.

Does anyone have an idea what I could be doing wrong?
