whole elements in STAR

If i have a mesh scene, how can i visualize the mesh with whole elements?

If I understand your question correctly, you can view the whole elements by creating Cell Sets in Representation->Volume Mesh->Cell Sets. Right click and you get options to create a cell set. Drag this onto a scene and you should be able to see the whole elements.

Cell sets are a little annoying to work with. You can make cell surfaces using derived parts. Just make a cutplane and use the plane as an input to the cell surface.
