Looks like your host machine can't assign jobs to another machine. Make sure all the machines have a shared directory to run from and have a passwordless SSH connection set up.

Thank you Me
Is it necessary to have a shared directory on all machines?
I just created one shared directory on the host machine which is accessible to another machine. But, why it is important to create another shared directory on the 2th machine? What is this for?
Another question, the installation roots are different on the two PCs. to be exact, one is C drive and another is D drive. dose it matter? In the documentation it is mentioned "If STAR-CCM+ has a different installation path on each machine, use the UNC path to the STAR-CCM+ executable:
> \\<MACHINE_NAME>\<STAR-CCM+_INSTALL_DIR>\starccm+" but I can not understand it.

Thanks.
