Bubble Geometry, surface Tension

I want to modelize a quarter bubble between solid (bot) and under water.
I'm using VOF, I tried Steady and Unsteady.

The first image is that I have, the second one is that I want (and also my initialization).

How I can keep the Bubble Geometry? Thanks

What do you mean, how can you keep the bubble geometry?

I mean that, experimentaly when the water is heating up (An heat source is located in the corner) a bubble is formed and it stays in the corner and doesn't move.

If you have the right physics enabled and the surface tension works out the bubble should stay there.
