Field Function to create a Random Vector
 

When defining the velocity of DEM particle injection, I would like to randomise the direction of the injection velocity.

If I use the "direction and magnitude" method to define the velocity, is there anyway for me to use field function to create a random vector and define the direction of the velocity?

not directly with a field function at present but you could probably use a java macro or drive it from a table created externally
some people have created complex field functions that try to mimic a random generator
