Rendering / Animation with Rhino ?

Hello,

Does anyone know if Rhino (or the whole package with Flamingo nXt and Bongo 2.0) can be useful to create nice renderings and animations of any StarCCM+ simulation ?

Say I have a boat moving on a lake and I am studying the waves generated by that boat, can I apply a nice rendering to the water and beaches, add trees and other things to create a nice video that would look like the real thing ?

Nobody successfully did anything like this ? With another software maybe ?
