Bad surface mesh on detailed car

Hello everyone,
Attached is a picture of the back tire after surface and volume meshing. Does anyone know what could cause this? I have three volumetric controls around the car, but no custom surface size on the car. Thanks! |

It looks like the wrap is too coarse, but your picture is too small to see anything.
