hi,
im having trouble to rectify non-manifold edges in my geometry. my problem is solving a pipe flow with heat transfer for the simple pipe having thickness of something. i want inner surface and outer surface of the pipe in order to attain solid region. for inlet and outlet. i created new surface. diagnosing will result in non manifold edges. i want all those things in geometry. what i need to do.how to rectify this.

You need to create two regions. One for the fluid containing the inner surface, inlet and outlet.
Another region for the solid (pipe thickness) containing the outer surface, inner surface and the two end surfaces.
Diagnose the two regions separately and there should not be any non-manifold edges.

Hope this helps.
