Mesh Refinement around sharp corners of vehicle

I am creating a mesh around a car using trimmer and 20 prism layers over 25mm. The first layer is at 1E-5 meters. This satisfies y+~1 for my simulations.
The problem is I do not get very good convergence from my residuals. The lowest I have gotten is just below 1E-3.
Attached is some pictures from the front/rear bumpers and windshield wiper areas where there are degenerate cells due to the sharp curves. Does anyone know how to refine these cell areas? Thanks!!!
