Solid-liquid dissolution

Is solid-liquid dissolution possible in Star CCM+. I need to dissolve sugar in water as a part of the project which I am doing. I looked in the manual but could only find liquid-liquid and liquid-gas dissolution. I have been told that maybe I could write a script for it, but I have no idea how that is done. The problem which I am doing involves mixing of sugar in cup of water when it's being stirred with a spoon.
