Does anybody know of a way to constrain probe points along a streamline?

Hi again
I know just one possibility, but that are not exactly pointprobes. When you have created your Streamline-part, you can creat a XY-Plot and choose the Streamline as input parts. then you can choose "Scalar Type" for X-Type and Postition (mag, x, y, z). As Y-Type you chose a field function of interest. In my case it looks a bit chaotic, because I have a cyclone separator, therefor I can operate in another coordinate system. Thats not exactly what you want, but maybe it is enough... Creating point-probes on a streamline sounds impossible to me, because a streamline consists of points probes, I think. The challenge is, to display them in a way that its understandable :P |
