hi all,
I have a question , when i was simulating an anti-roll tank with damping structure inside with Star-ccm+,the result period of the rectangular tank is not the same as the exp result or the result from empirical formula(T=2*B/(g*h)^0.5, that is, the CFD result is 20% bigger than the exp period.
I try many ways including adjust time-step,cell size,or turbulence model, but the CFD result period is not improved at all.
Can any one give me a reason why this might be happening?
