Error message using Grid Sequencing

Hi everyone,
I'm running a simulation in coupled flow on a turbocharger and I'm trying to use the Grid Sequencing tool to initialise my problem.
My base size is 0.005m, which gives me about 1.5M cells.

I haven't got it to converge yet, so I read the documentation and followed the guidelines on the coupled flow model, which told me to increase my base size by a factor of 8 to begin with a coarser mesh and make sure my initial conditions were appropriate.
With a base size of 0.005*8=0.04m (approx 50k cells), I got these residuals after 500 iterations:

But as soon as I try to halve the base size, I automatically get this error message before the grid sequencing starts:

It seems it has something to do with my computer's memory right?
Basically I'm able to run a simulation with a fairly coarse mesh but as soon as I try to refine it even a tiny bit, the computer seems to get overwhelmed and the simulation crashes right away.

I'd really like to use GS here as it proved to be very efficient on my coarser models.

Any way to fix this?
Thanks for your help!
