Heat Source and Energy Dissipation

Hi,
I'm modelling a thermo-forming tool assembly. A plastic tape is pre-heated at 200 degrees Celsius and then it advances into the forming stage. The mould closes and touches the tape, a forming air with a pressure of 80 psi is blown into the tape and takes the shape of the mould.
I am trying to simulate the heat transfer between the tape and the mould. I have set the tape in a region and has assigned it as a heat source. The problem with this is that the tape's heat can only be assigned as Wattage. This means that it is supplying heat on the mould at a constant rate.
What I actually want to happen is have the energy gained by the tape in Joules and make it dissipate into the male mould and into the air.
PS. The assembly is modelled for CHT and has a fluid body surrounding it.

Thanks,
Joe
