Where has Field Functions moved to?

I'm finding multiple sources online saying that to edit a field function go to Tools > Field Functions. I'm running Star-CCM+ 10.04.009 and I can not find this option in any of the menu drop downs. Anyone know where it has moved to?

It's the tools menu in the simulation tree, not on the menu bar.
