Floating point exception in combustion models

I'm relatively new to CCM+ an I hope that somebody can help me with the follwoing problem.
I'm trying to simulate a methane combustion in a pre-chamber. I have a mass flow inlet at the top and a pressure outlet at the bottom. Both boundaries are regulated by one table(time) each. When I'm doing the simulation without a combustion("non-reacting"selected in the Physics Models) there is no problem and the simulation is running.
As soon as I change the Physics Models to "reacting" I'm getting several problems:
-if I want to simulate with "coupled Flow" the simulation doesn't start and I get following error: Unable to initialize alls solvers after 10 passes.
-So I switched to "segregated Flow" an try to run an premixed coherent flame model combustion. In this case the simulation seems not to converge and after a few iterations I get the error: A floating point exception ...
-If I try it with a "non-premixed combustion" (because here I can choose the species on the boundaries and the initial conditions) I get the same error: A floating point....
Has anybody suggestions what I can do here? I'm glad about every suggestion
