Default how to modeling an energy converter?

hi,
i am working on an energy converter in wave with star ccm
this energy converter must rotate to 360 deg to solve but when it rotate 90 deg the run stop and an error appear
because the mesh around it began to rotate and these meshes didn't rotate more than 90 deg
how i can mesh this to rotate 360 deg without error?? can anyone help?
i used morphing mesh to its motion
