Connecting rod bearing simulation.

I am trying to simulate a connecting rod bearing in CFD. My objective is to check, if there is sufficient oil in the bearing for lubrication or not. I have attached here as images. You can see cfd model in connectig_rod_bearing and cfd_model.jpg. It shows that, how I created CFD model. As you can see and know that, connecting rod bearing rotates around its own center and also around crank shaft center. I am using super posed motion feature for this in starccm. One of the challenge as of now for me is to provide proper outlet. In reality oil is expelled from a slot (radially 360 degree) from bearing. So, I could have used a very big collector which can be considered as sump for collecting oil, but then It would have forced me to use overset mesh, which is very time consuming, since this consists of VOF+RBD+Overset mesh. So, I am using an outlet port (different configuration as shown in configurations_studied.jpg) . This is also rotating. The reason is that, since inlet port is rotating , and we expect oil to be expelled because of centrifugal force direction, the outlet position is also kept such that, oil coming of bearing immediately expels from outlet. The BC at inlet is mass flow rate of 1.33E-03 kg/sec. The problem is , I get a very huge mass flow at at outlets for all configurations after completing the run, many times higher than inlet flow rate (almost 10 times), which is not realistic. This is shown in higher_flowerate_outlet.jpg and massflowrate_outlet.jpg. Does anybody has idea, how can I fix this problem of outlet getting more mass flow rate at inlet ?

Plot of oil quantity vs time

Adding another plot of oil quantity vs time. It shows that, within a short time oil gets expelled from bearing.Somehow, if we try to conserve this K.E. so that it converts gradually in pressure, we can control the flow at outlet. I tried extending outlet further, but still get higher mass flow rate at outlet than inlet.

Any guess? I am now moving towards over set mesh.
