Arrow in wind tunnel

Hello, I'm pretty new to STAR-CCM+, so this may be a silly question... But, I've tried search a few websites and can't seem to find any help.

I have modeled an arrow inside a wind tunnel. I have set up a report to measure the force coefficient going in the x direction so I can monitor the drag coefficient on a graph. However, I would like to start the simulation at 0 m/s and end the simulation at 45 m/s, but I am unsure how to go about doing this...
Any suggestions?

That's a pretty open ended question. I would suggest you start by going through some of the tutorials and coming back with more specific questions.

Edit: Or do you simply mean you want to ramp the boundary condition up? If so, you can make a CSV table of U vs iteration and specify that as the velocity for the boundary.
