Abitrary section not visible
 

Hi all,

I have some .stl files of surfaces on made from my STAR sim to input as arbitrary sections but when I create it and select the input file and then the input part, once added to a geometry scene or scaler seen, its not there? what am I missing?

Did you edit an existing sim?

Check to make sure it's using the correct representation.

Scene => Displayer => ""=> Representation in the properties
make sure either Geometry or latest is selected. Sometimes it goes to one of the meshes or none when parts are changed.

Hi, thanks for answering.

I have five regions, all connected geometries. Mesh and ran, all working fine. Trying the post process. Have .stl files, some made from the geometries, ie inlets etc. some from surfaces created in CATIA to fit into the model.
I create a derived part/arbitrary section.
For input parts I selected all my regions. - Should this only be the region it going into?
For surface input options I select from file, and then select any of the .stl files.
I create a new geometry displayer, set to latest or any other representation, and none show it....

Do I need to run it to get a solution first????
