combustion models influence

hey guys,
I have a general question here. Do the several combustion models have a influence on the stream before the combustion? I simulated the premixed EBU,CFM and TFSC models. Every single one of them had different injection streams. But I changed only the combustion models, all the other settings stayed the same.
