Non-Manifold Edges Issues

1 Attachment(s)
Hi, I'm very new to using the Star CCM+ software and I'm having an issue and can't find a solution to it. I'm busy doing something very similar to the "Multi-Part Solid: Graphics Card Cooling Introduction" tutorial, but when I tried to mesh my part it told me I had duplicate faces and would be unable to do so. I checked the surface repair and I have no pierced faces or free surfaces but a number of Non-manifold edges, I tried using the auto-repair function but nothing happened. I've tried looking up online but I can't find anything to help me out, and I've also tried using each of the surface repair tools but they either don't resolve it or make it worse. If anyone can assist me or point me in the right direction I'd be highly appreciative.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Edit: Well found an answer. Importing the parasolid file into the 3D CAD section first and doing a Boolean import in there resolved most of my issues. A few pierced faces were all that was left and the auto repair tool managed to solve those.
