Right now I have established an actual dual heat exchanger model to simulate the heat transfer of radiator of a passenger car, and used the UAG Table to calculate the heat rejection, for the coolant region boundaries, the coolant inlet was set to mass flow inlet, the coolant outlet was set to pressure oulet. However, as the simulation running, the outlet temperatures of the air-side and water-side and the heat rejection were too high, it is very unnatural, when checking the vector of the Coolant Core, a strange phenomenone was taking place, the flow direction of the coolant is not uniform, maybe is the reason for the high outlet temperature, could anyone tell me what are the main problems? Thanks
