Hi

I am using StarCCM+ to simulate 2D flow around a cylinder,

Using flowing models:
Coupled flow
Laminar
Gas
Constant density
2D

My plot for Cd damps to one value rather then oscillating and I do not get any Vortex Shedding in the velocity magnitude scene.

Any suggestions why this could be happening?

Are you setting up a transient simulation?

Thank you for your replay I have just got my latest results and managed to get right values for Cd and Cl. I was using a very small velocity (0.007)
