I am using the Star CCM+ v. 11.02. , and the Olga 2014.2.

I have followed all steps in the Star tutorial with the Olga7 coupling steps and the Star CCM+ has successfully initialized and connected to the Olga OPC server via the APIS server program, but I always get the following error message:
"error: zone outlet not associated with an Olga position"

Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue, as my master degree progress is stuck at this step.

I'm also getting stucked when coupling btwn StarCCM+ and OLGA
does anyone know the detailed procedures to achieve the link btwn them
because i've already used Apis OPC from prdiktor with a demo license ,
i was wondering wether there is a opensource sodtware to provide the coupling

I was able to do the coupling. It worked only with a specific version of star, I don't remember what was it.

in fact , i was using the coupling for an oilfied separator study and so

I am using CFD package Star-CCM+12.0 and olga version 2014

In CFD user guide the coupling steps are pretty explained using Apis OPC

Program , i 've got this one from Prediktor with demo version but when

looking inside the Apis installation folder there some missing file necessary

for the coupling -- is there another way to do that
