Shashi Kant Verma is on a distinguished road
Hi,
I want to do simulation of miscible liquids (Water + salt).
there are five inlets and five outlets. from third inlet water (5 liter) +salt (0.005 gram) is entering into domain. From rest of all 4 inlets, only water is flowing into domain.

I choose multi-component liquid with species in physics continua.
I want to calculate concentration of salt at all outlets.

I have defined H2O and Salt (NaCl) in multicomponent liquid model.
property I left it as default value, just for observation of mixing phenomenon.

Inlet - Mass flow inlet and Outlet- Pressure outlet.
How to define mass fraction at inlet and outlet in case-setup ?

When I define some mass fraction, let's say 0.9995 (water) and 0.0005 (salt) and run the solution. At outlet mass fraction of any of the component is same as what it is defined at inlet, there is no change in mass fraction of either water or salt at outlets. Output at outlets are same as initial condition value.

Please help...!!!!

Thank you
