Volume Integral Derived Parts

Hi,

I need to calculate an energy balance in a cylindrical volume control around a propeller-rudder arrangement.

I can easily integrate the flows in the boundaries of the volume control (ie. the derived part surfaces from a geometry part cylinder).

However, I need to calculate now the VOLUME integral of the turbulent dissipation inside the control volume. Mathematically it is a simple volume integral of the Omega*K field function.

However, when I ask for the volume integral report of the Omega*K field function, the only parts available to be picked up are the regions! My volume control is not the entire region, but only the cylinder inside it...

Anyone knows how can I solve this problem?

Hello ravll,
Do you have any idea about addition of face temperature and cell temperature in UDF
Please help me
