Replace part

Hi, right-clicking on the "part" node, i can't show "replace part". I have the last version of STAR CCM+ 12.02.010.

I've done a screenshot below.

The part is white, which means it's a 3D-CAD part. You cannot replace a 3D-CAD part.

So what i can do? I've done my cad in CATIA and i've saved it in .igs format. Should i open it from STAR in a different manner?
