Hi all,

I am interested in hypersonics of a body but can't decide which gas model to use. My operating point is: Pressure: 10e4Pa, T: 260K and Mach 9.

From the user guide, the real gas "equilibrium air" model isn't appropriate (pressure < 10^2).
Should I use the ideal gas model instead of using constant thermodynamic properties values I find them f(T)?

Cheers
