Hi There,
As the preliminary analysis, i prepared a simple conjugate heat transfer analysis. the problem is there is a small gap between 3d mesh of solid and fluid domain. How can it be adjusted? https://ibb.co/cch3Xv |

the second problem is the interface between solid and smooth is not proper, i dont understand why. i just created interface in geometry part. when i assigned the parts into region, the interface was generated automatically as well. but it looks like consisting of small surface patches.

It's alright. How can you create mesh for curved surface of geometry with straight lines of element. So we see a gap along these interfaces right. Solver may project the values along these interfaces to solve. So this is ok. You may be able to observe gradient for a variable along this.

If you can created automated contacts in surface repair tool. Then this gap is not to be worried about. Go on with your simulation.
