overset mesh

Hello,

I'm simulating a container in which some fuel is burning. I know the rate of decrease of the fuel surface, I want to do an overset mesh to simulate this but at the same time apply a mass flow inlet on the boundary which is affected by the overset boundary.
Is it possible?

I don't see why you need overset for this. Overset is for geometry that's moving large displacements. You are just moving fluids, this should be easily achievable with field functions.

Hello,

Overset mesh is used when you are simulating FSI or fluid solid interaction, in your study you don't need to use overset mesh .
