Hi,
I need to specify mass flow rate at inlet and I have a sector 30 degree sector with rotational periodicity instead of full. So on the sector model I need to specify full mass flow rate or mass flow /12, in starCCM+.

This question is not clear. Try to explain it with some diagram. From what I get, you can create a selection as a sector for BC but as you say it is rotational, you may able to write some field function for flow rate based on position vector.

I think he is just asking if he needs his to set mass flow to reflect the sector he is modeling or if he needs to define the full annulus value... but yes, the question is not clear.
