Delaunay Mesher cannot recover boundary.

Hello,

I've encountered an error "Delaunay Mesher cannot recover boundary" while generating volume mesh on my simulation. Do you have any idea what it could mean?

After the error, the symmetry plane changes and looks the image.

I got the issue once when executing tetrahedral mesher. I cleared all my generated meshes and re-executed and it worked.

However, I later got the same issue and am going to try again to see if it works.

Did you ever figure out what the Delaunay error means?
