Moving Reference Frame : Propeller - Torque more than 1

Question Moving Reference Frame : Propeller - Torque more than 1

The tutorial in STARCCM+ Moving Reference Frame: Propeller in Open Water Condition, the result shows openwater efficiency and thrust coefficient less than 1 but torque coefficient more than 1.
Based on my understanding any coefficient should not more than 1 so is the result of tutorial wrong or is there any other reason to explain that?
