DEM modeling - The particles (balls) are outside the wall

I created a DEM modeling - a screw axel rotates in vessel. The screw and vessel axels are offline. So the balls are expected to flow only on one side which has sufficient space.

How ever, I visualized the balls go to the another side which is too small to contain the balls. In Sence, part of the balls are outside the vessel wall. Although I have defined the vessel wall boundary as a "wall". Please see the following pictures.

If the professional here have the similar situations, could you let me know what is the problem, do we have solutions?

Thanks,
