Parallel trimmer

I'm not used to use starCCM+ so I have some difficulties to understand the error that I get.

Can someone explain me what is the reason of the error:
Error during volume meshing, deleting resulting mesh
Error: ERROR: Parallel trimmer fatal error

This is just a bug in the trimmer.

How many cells do you expect the mesh to be and how many processes did you give it?

I expect 22'090'110 cells and 2000 process

For meshing you are going way past scalability trying to put 22M cells on 2000 processes. Try more like 100 or 10.
