Error (-97,121) Cannot use STAR-CCM+

Hi All,

highly seeking your assistance as I'm not able to use the software.
I'm a beginner and I have tried to import CAD drawing into the STAR-CCM+ but I found every button is rigid and only then I realized that it is actually not working and an error appeared (-97,121) stating that:

"Unable to find a path to any license file or license server. Please create the CDLMD_LICENSE_FILE environment variable and point it to the license server."

I had gone through some of the topics here and found almost a similar issue of mine in which I have followed it 100% but still cannot found any solution.

Please advise me.

Did you create the environment variable CDLMD_LICENSE_FILE that points to your license server i.e. 1999@server.hostname.etc ?
