Does anyone know the difference between 'automated mesh. remesh' and volume mesh as shown in capture?

The result of mesh from the former one looks much better than the later one.

"Automated mesh.remesh" refers to the mesh operation "Automated mesh" and its meshed state "remesh" which is the output of the surface remesher. This is not a volume mesh, just a surface mesh.

The volume mesh is, as its name implies, a volume mesh.
