I'm very new to STARCCM+. I'm currently experiencing the following error when trying to open an existing project file:

Simcenter STAR-CCM+ 2019.1 Build 14.02.010 (win64/intel18.3)

License build date: 09 November 2018
This version of the code requires license version 2019.02 or greater.

Unable to list features for license file 1999@MBreedt.
Checking license file: 1999@flex.cd-adapco.com
Failed to get all licenses needed for this job. Asked for 1 license of ccmpsuite

Just to clarify, I can start a new project and work on it for hours without any errors or issues, but as soon as I close the project and attempt to reopen it, I get the above error message.
I can't find any tutorials on how to set up cluster ports(?) and it wasn't something that was addressed in the training we received at my university.

Please help?
