Boat pitch motion - DFBI - Compute moment of Inertia correctly

I just wonder how to calculate this correctly. I am simulating a hydrofoil vessel in a canard foil configuration...

What I am trying now is to use the "Area moment" feature in Rhinoceros, see picture. Which one of the sets should I go for? I already have the CG (7.0,0.0,1.5) configured in Star CCM...
