Preserved Input part during Starccm surface wrap

Hello all,

I am trying to wrap my volume in StarCCM+ but also trying to retain the features from the important parts by excluding them from the wrap. For this, I am enabling Perform partial wrapping and then theoption to exclude the Input parts appears.

The wrap is done fortunately and I have all the features required for my Meshing. But when I try to execute Volume meshing(Automated Mesh in starCCM+), I always get an error stating, "Input faces are not consistently oriented". I also had duplicate faces, which I removed using the surface repair tool. But for this error, I am not sure what exactly to do and Surface repair tool shows around 180 problems to fix them manually.

Anyone having an idea to overcome this issue?

Thanks.
