The Virtual Disk model
 

I am in desperate need of an enhanced description of the Star CCM+ Virtual Disk model' "body force propeller method". I need to know pros and cons for using this for modelling a pulling propeller in front of a lifting foil. I've been through the help section.

The flow is revolving, right? But no tip swirl I assume?
